3.32. The flywheel having a disk appearance radius = 40 cm and weight = 48 kg can rotate round a horizontal axis. The end of an inextensible thread by which other end freight weighing =0,2 kg is suspended is attached to its cylindrical surface (see fig. below). Freight was raised and then lowered. Having fallen freely from height of =2 m, freight pulled a thread and thanks to it brought a flywheel into rotation. What angular speed freight reported thus to a flywheel?
