Это означает, что абоненты, заключившие договор на предоставление услуг в любом из регионов зоны действия федеральной карты «Экспресс-оплата», могут приобретать и активировать карту по бесплатному номеру 0850 в любом городе, включенном в эту зону.

Например, тверской абонент МТС может приобрести карту в Москве, а активировать ее, позвонив по бесплатному номеру 0850 в Смоленске.
