The Wolf Among Us will be a prequel to the comic Fables (which publishes the DC Vertigo) and will consist of several parts. In the world of games and comic characters known fairy tales have failed over a gloomy New York, where they had perforce to grow roots in the harsh society of people. The protagonist of The Wolf Among Us will BIGBUY Wolfe (Bigby Wolf - ie Big Bad Wolf, the classic angry gray wolf from the fairy tales of Red Riding Hood and the Three Little Pigs), which is now a hardened detective in New York.
