Introduction
Company L emerged from the department for the sale of medicines KIPM (Kuzbass Institute of Preventive Medicine) in the city of Prokopyevsk and became an independent company in 1994 year.
To date, the pharmacy chain L has 25 pharmacies and opticians in 7 different cities of Kuzbass, besides implementing a number of individual projects:
- Wholesale and retail sale of medical equipment, orthopedics, cosmetic appliances;
- To establish a medical outpatient centers;
- Working on franchising salons of digital technology,
- Veterinary pharmacy and clinic.
In the created holding structure covering several cities of Kuzbass and Tomsk, employs about four hundred people, mostly women. The average age of employees is 30-35 years old, most of them have higher professional education, and support the professional level participation in various seminars, conferences and exhibitions. The company conducts continuous training sessions and workshops, issued the necessary specialized literature, there is a constant Internet access. All this provides high employee loyalty, professionalism in work and friendly attitude to customers.
In my work, I will not consider each structural unit separately. For simplicity and brevity, the organizational culture will be analyzed only the office.
