Initial data for the calculation of the production capacity are:
- The amount of equipment at each operation (ni);
- Annual release program details assigned to the site (Vj);
- Progressive complexity of processing assigned to the portion of components (tij);
- The number of shifts of the equipment (Kci).
In solving the problem used constants (constants):
- Annual fund operating time of equipment in one shift (F = 2,000 hours.) And two-shift operation (F = 4000 h.);
- Normative coefficient of production capacity for mass production (ηn = 1.1).
Initial data for the calculation of the production capacity of the site are shown in Table 1.
