Introduction

In today's world, where competition between organizations is becoming increasingly fierce, companies are forced to respond to change, developing new technologies and techniques of business management. Organizations today must not only clearly understand its purpose, efficient use of their resources, but also to see their strengths and weaknesses, and constantly enhance their competitive advantage, improve the efficiency of its operations.
Among the modern tools to solve the above problems include a business plan. It is important to note that the topic of business planning is equally relevant for those who are just going to create a new enterprise, and those who are not new to the business, but wants to expand its scope, modify or supplement the directions of its activity.
According to one of the theoreticians of the concept, VM Popov, "no matter how new and unique nor was the project, its implementation depends largely on the professional knowledge and analysis of the implementation of old projects."
It is not possible to achieve sustained success in business without a clear plan of its activities, the permanent collection and analysis of information as a condition of the target markets, the situation on their competitors and about their own prospects and opportunities. It requires integrated, interdisciplinary approach to its analysis, as well as reference to the work of leading contemporary researchers in various fields.
