CJSC Bytservis under a contract with a citizen Mazur held in his house overhaul of the heating system and plumbing. A few days after the repair, Mazur and his family went to visit another city. At a time when Mazur and his family were staying, in his house as a result of a rupture of a heating radiator, hot water flooded the apartment and property for several days. As a result, furniture, carpets, products, as well as two fur coats, taken by Mazur for storage from neighbors, came into complete disrepair. When inspecting the radiator and its expert research, it was established that the rupture resulted from a defect in the casting approved by the manufacturer. Radiators were purchased by the company in a building materials store. Marriage allowed by the plant could not be detected by visual inspection when buying and installing a radiator in the house of Mazur. Mazur turned to legal advice.
