Setting option 3
The technical project for the construction and operation of a brick factory production capacity M (thous. Pcs. / Year). The period of construction and development of the production capacity of the new enterprise (T) is 0.8 years.
It was deemed expedient to 10% of production capacity of the plant to use as a backup.
According to the draft annual fixed costs of the plant components with (thous. Rub. / Year) and the variables - V (rub. / Pcs.). The market price at the time of the brick plant design is defined as Zp (rub. / Pcs.). Projected research shows that by the beginning of operation of the plant will change the price of a brick from the amine to AMAX = 1.14 = 1.2. Investment in the creation of the plant are defined as R (th. Rub.). The rate of efficiency of capital 'investments (Yong), established by the company, equal to 0.20. Expected demand for bricks is 1.25m. The magnitude of inflation expectations can be ignored. All the necessary calculations take place in two ways: a) cost-based pricing; b) at market pricing.
The calculations assume that the planned release of a brick is 85% plant capacity, and the taxes are defined as:  = 0,215 value of the fixed costs (conventionally fixed annual taxes) and β = 0,28 balance sheet profit of the company (tax variables that depend on the production activities enterprise).
