INTRODUCTION

The solution to many economic problems of modern Russia requires prmeneniya new economic mechanisms. One such mechanism is a franchise. It can be argued that the franchise is now - a well-known tool to increase the effectiveness of small business. It provides the opportunity to combine perimuschestva small and large businesses.
The current study franchising is one of the topical issues of Russian ekonomichekoy science. Many contemporary theorists and predstvaiteli business dedicated their research study and subsequent analysis of the characteristics of operation of the business in the form of a franchise and create the best conditions for successful development of the franchise system.
Relevance of the topic of the thesis is that in modern conditions, franchising is an effective way of business development, in which a company transfers to another for temporary use of the trademark and the associated range of services, technologies and standards of business organization. For franchisors, first of all, the possibility of relatively rapid expansion in the regions, allowing to increase the awareness and brand capitalization "hands franchisees." For franchisees - this is an opportunity to join a well-known network of enterprises, purchase and experience accumulated over the years at the start to get loyal customers. Practice shows that the landlords of shopping centers today hardly considered as tenants, local start-ups and are ready to engage in dialogue only with franchisee networks - especially relevant this trend in the retail sector and in completing the food courts in shopping malls.
If we consider the structure of the franchise in the "Catering" category, the vast number of projects are concentrated in the segment of fast food. As you know, demand creates supply, and fast food, as opposed to the full-fledged restaurant concept, requires less investment and quickly pays for itself. Suffice active in recent years in franchising develops the direction of the coffee, and if earlier it was a full-length coffee, the trend in 2014 - the emergence of a large number of concepts of "coffee to go".
The negative trend is that in the wake of the popularity of the franchise to it began to address the company, which to this form of doing business is absolutely not ready yet. Sometimes these "franchisors" do not even have the registered trademark - and this is the first step in the creation of its own network, not to mention the franchise. Among the franchises started meeting and proposals from the young business. The author of the thesis has a negative attitude to this, because the franchise - is replicating successful, calibrated businesses and start-ups though, and have global ambitions, but do not have much-needed business franchisor hardening.
The purpose of the research thesis and subsequent research to develop proposals for improving the franchising project of "Coffee House".
