The aim of the thesis is to examine and analyze the concept and essence of motivation and stimulation of the personnel.
The work must perform a number of tasks:

- Independently develop ways to improve the material and moral interests of workers in the final result of work.
The object of the thesis is the management staff.

Theoretical head of graduate study includes a theoretical analysis of the concept and essence of motivation. The second chapter is a hands-on analysis and explores the use of the material and moral interests of workers in the final result of work by the example of the company. The third chapter is the analysis and the author provides suggestions for improving the incentives and motivation of staff.
