The aim of the thesis - research and development
subsystems and units of teaching and research on the basis of CAD electronics package P-CAD, in particular software configuration and routing of printed circuit boards, as the most labor-intensive and need to automate the design phase of electronic equipment.
The paper provides an overview of modern algorithms used in various stages of radio CAD - when calculating the amount of the constructive line, PCB layout and routing. In order to facilitate the calculation of constructive amount of future product program was developed RTN (IBM PC, Clipper), contains a description of more than 2,000 components of domestic components. For example, the development of two different types of units produced a series of experiments to explore the possibilities of software package P-CAD. The technique of layout in automatic and interactive modes of the program PC-PLACE, defined sequence of actions of the operator to achieve maximum possible utilization of the PCB.
A comparative analysis of algorithms tracing program
PC-ROUTE. The calculation of the economic efficiency of using this CAD package clearly shows a decrease in the complexity of the work of designers in more than two times. When implementing such a system in an industrial plant payback period is 2-3 months.
The results of the work - the technique of research and experimental data - can be used in the organization of the course laboratory work on the basis of the package P-CAD, as well as will be useful to developers CEA using this system.
