a) the size of current of leak and rassevayemy power in condenser dielectric at a constant voltage of 3 kV;
b) the power disseminated in condenser dielectric at an alternating voltage of 3 kV and frequencies of electric field of 50 Hz and 50 kHz. To neglect superficial leak. To accept that characteristics of dielectric don´t depend on frequency.
