Rewrite history in Paradox Interactive´s most famous 4X history strategy game with a new atmospheric pack themed around the empires of Africa. New quest chains will tell the story of the rulers and countries of the continent where humanity was born. Also in the set, Judaism was worked out in more detail.
The main innovations of Europa Universalis IV: Origins:
Judaism. Ethiopian Jews (falasha) will appear in the game. Nine new religious characteristics and new atmospheric events will help countries that practice Judaism to highlight their strengths.

• Assignments for Mali. Stop the collapse of West Africa´s greatest medieval empire and restore its power over its former subjects.
• Assignments for Songhai. Develop territories under your control and remove Mali and Timbuktu from the position of the main West African forces.
• Tasks for the Congo. Unite the inhabitants of the banks of the Congo River and repel the onslaught of Europeans.
• Assignments for Ethiopia. Unite the peoples of the Horn of Africa in the bosom of a single religion and glorify the kingdom of Solomon. Chewa warriors will also appear in the game.
• Tasks for Ajuran. Take control of the Indian Ocean trade and provide water to the desert territories.
• Quests for Kilva. Develop maritime trade and colonize overseas lands.
• Tasks for Monomotapa. Benefit from the labors of the founders of Greater Zimbabwe and the natural wealth of South Africa and take the lead in trade.
• New options in tasks. New quest options for Wolof, Mossi, Hausa, Oyo and Adal.
• New regional quest chains. New assignments for the smaller countries of Central, East and West Africa and the Horn of Africa, as well as new estate privileges for many countries and regions.
• New sprites for armies. Congo, African Great Lakes, South Africa and Bantu will receive 4 new troop sprites each.
• Two new models of missionaries. Added animations for African Copts and African Fetishists.
