Product description
Course project on discipline: "Electronic circuits and microcircuitry"
Theme of the project: "Phase-impulse torque meter"
Year: 2010
Task: It is necessary to develop a phase-pulse meter of torque. When developing it is necessary to consider the following:
1) the primary transducers are sensors with a pulsed output signal with an amplitude of 0.2 V and a pulse duration of 100 μs;
2) the engine speed may vary from 0 to 1500 rpm;
3) the measured parameter - the torque depends on the torsion angle of rotation, which can vary from 0 to 30 °;
4) measurement of the torsion angle of torsion should be carried out with an error of not more than ± 0.1 °;
5) the measurement result must be presented in digital form;
6) provide for the possibility of manually fixing the result for 1 minute;
7) the temperature regime of the device 20 ± 5 ° C;
It is necessary to select and calculate the elements of the meter circuit. The selected elements should not only provide the required operation algorithm, but also provide the specified measurement accuracy.
