INTRODUCTION

Memory is the basis of human capabilities, it is a condition for learning, acquisition of knowledge and skills formation. Without memory can not be the normal functioning of any person or society. Thanks to its memory, when it improved,People separated from the animal world and reached the heights to which he is now.
Memory - the ability to receive, store and playback experience. A variety of instincts, innate and acquired mechanisms of behavior is something else but was captured,hereditary or acquired in the course of an individual life experience. The problem involved in the development of memory from ancient times: the great thinker and philosopher Aristotle, a physiologist IP Pavlov, Soviet psychologists NF Dobrynin, AA Smirnov SL Rubinstein, AN Leontiev and at the moment the problem of memory continues to agitate the minds of the most famous psychologists of the world.Study of the laws of human memory is one of the central, most important chapters of psychology. The merit of the first systematic study of the higher forms of memory in a child belongs to a prominent psychologist Vygotsky, who first made the subject of a special study on the development of higher forms of memory.Together with his students Leontiev and Zankov he showed that higher forms of memory is a complex form of mental activity, social in origin and mediated in their structure, and to trace the main stages of development of the most complex mediated remembering.
The object of the course work: the memory of younger students.
The subject of the course work: especially the development of memory in the early school years.
Objective: To identify the characteristics of the memory in the early school years.
The object and purpose of the study revealed the following problems:
- To consider the physiological basis of memory and its types;
-determine the age characteristics of the memory of younger schoolchildren;
- To identify experimentally peculiarities of memory in the early school years.
Hypothesis: the development of memory in the early school age is most successful as a result of specially organized teaching children methods of storing and playing,develop their skills of practical application of these techniques in their daily academic life.
Methods: theoretical analysis of the literature on the research, testing, monitoring.
Database research: 2 "A" class of secondary school №5 of Blagoveshchensk.
Sample: 20 students selected randomly.
