Description

The volume contains a number of families of monocots: yatryshnikovye (Orchidaceae), Juncaceae (Juncaceae), sedge (Cyperaceae), Commelinaceae (Commelinaceae), poizrastayuschih terrritorii on the European part of the USSR, and concludes 51 genus and 326 species. It is given as a wild, t ^ and adventitious plants, their taxonomy, habitat conditions, distribution, chromosome numbers; given the table to determine the genus and species. The largest family - sedge (Cyperaceae) - includes 209 species and 18 genera, many of them - valuable hay and pasture plants.
