The functioning of the labor market is largely determined by its institutional characteristics, first of all - labor legislation. However, the important role played by other institutional factors: the mechanism of wage formation, including establishing its minimum level, as well as indexation,the system of unemployment insurance, the role and influence of trade unions.
The flexibility of the labor market, that is, the mechanism of its functioning, which contributes to efficient sectoral, professional and regional flow of labor and allows adjustment of the labor market to the changing conditions of reproduction,It may emerge as a spontaneous and purposefully shape public policies. About how the labor market is flexible or, conversely, heavily regulated can be judged primarily on the speed of inter-sectoral reallocation of labor, in terms of changes in the sectoral structure of employment,prevalence of atypical forms of its new, level of occupational mobility, the duration of working time and differentiation, motility wages depending on the phase of the business cycle, as well as geographic mobility.
The object of this study is the Russian labor market.The research focused institutional aspects of the Russian labor market and their impact on the effectiveness of the utilization of labor resources.
The purpose of the course work is to analyze the institutional aspects of the labor market.
To achieve this goal it took the decision following scientific and practical problems:
-to define the concept and essence of the institutional system and environment of the labor market;
- Identify the factors changing the institutional system of the labor market;
- To investigate the dynamics and structure of employment;
- To analyze trends in unemployment in the labor market;
-identify major opportunities to improve the functioning of the labor market in Russia;
