Card problems — this is a component for city portals that want to help the residents of their cities, solving their problems. The problems may be different, the administrator can create as many categories and subcategories of problems, and each category has its own icon. The archive comes with 7 different colored icons .PSD format, which you can paint your icons.

The icon for the category is taken from the special folder, the system will scan this folder and all icons format .png displays in the admin. Could not make a beautiful choice in a modal window, as in InstantMaps, but okay :)

If the icons are not like you, can upload your icons in the format .png in the folder \templates\template\controllers\problem\img\icons\ and they will automatically appear in the admin.

In each category, you can assign Responsible. Responsible is the person who receives email notifications, when it adds a problem in this category. You can add multiple responsible in one category, separated by commas.

The component is the revision created the content type according to this, all possible content types are inherited, such as search, tags, sets, categories, filter, etc... All modified via hooks and no changes in system files have been made, so not worth to be afraid that after the update something will not work.

The problems are of two types: Current and Resolved issues. The administrator or author of the entry can change the status of the problem, if the problem is solved... For that button added in the Menu the action that one click of the mouse, changes the status of the problem.

For the problem you can vote, there are three types of votes for the problem:

Supported map Yandex, Google and 2gis map, adding problems, the system automatically determines the address (except 2gis), remembers the scale and the coordinates. There is a possibility to cluster objects on the map, i.e. if in one area a lot of problems, all problems to unite (as in instantmaps).

Problem is that you can share via social networks or to subscribe/unsubscribe to the problem, i.e. to receive notifications about comments in the problem.

The problem you can complain, when you click, a window will open where you have to choose the reason to write your e-mail, text complaints and send to the administrator.

At the bottom are shown two blocks, the Screenshots are displayed in a modal window like the pictures with the problem space, and a unit which displays a list of users who have clicked the button "Track problem".

Widgets
Comes with three widget: Map, Statistics, and Categories.

The Map widget displays a map with the problems of a certain category, you can cluster, you can remove the padding, header, etc.
