Introduction
The research methods and directions of transformation mechanism of labor motivation is one of the most important and difficult tasks of management science. This is due to the fact that during the transition period the old structure of production can not be quickly rebuilt on the basis of market mechanisms. Becoming a true market economy and the corresponding methods of motivation necessitate their comprehension, theoretical foundation, which is impossible without a critical examination of national experience and creative borrowing foreign models, categories, concepts and adapt them in relation to Russian realities.
Despite the complexity of the research problem of increasing the efficiency of the mechanism of motivation due to the uncertainty in the development of new conditions and forms of management, the consideration it can not be postponed to a later time, when the final will develop market structures. Already at this stage it is necessary to identify and analyze the main trends in motivational relations are primarily determined by the growth of labor efficiency in the new economic conditions.
The urgency of the problem stems from the fact that the transition to social orientable market requires the establishment of an adequate mechanism of labor motivation. Without this practice can not be considered objective reasons for increasing the efficiency of production - the basis of the growth of real incomes and living standards. This end point of the reform of the organization is, where there is a connection directly to the workforce with the means of production, the process of employment.
Motivating people to work it is understood as a set of driving forces that motivate a person to implement specific actions. These forces are outside and inside the person and make him consciously or unconsciously do some things.
The purpose of the course work is to analyze the basic theories of motivation, the disclosure of their strengths and weaknesses, the use of some models in practice and suggest ways to improve the motivation and stimulation of workers in the labor market.
Objectives:
