Introduction

In the planning and organization of the head determines that specifically must fulfill the organization, when and who, in his opinion, has to do it. If the selection of these decisions made effectively, the head is able to coordinate the efforts of many people and work together to realize the potential of a group of workers. Unfortunately, managers often mistakenly believe that if a certain organizational structure or some kind of activity well "work" on paper, they are also good and will "work" in life. But this is not so. Head to effectively move toward goals, to coordinate the work and to force people to implement it.
Exposure of workers to achieve the goals of the organization is essentially the main task of the head. Due to changes in the content of labor in conditions of scientific and technological progress, wide automation and computerization of production, resulting in increased levels of education and social expectations of employees the value of staff motivation has increased even more.
Today, for the efficient operation of the organization requires a responsible and enterprising employees, highly organized and eager to labor self-realization. Ensure the quality of the employee is not possible with traditional forms of material incentives and strict external controls, wage penalties.
Only those people who are aware of the meaning of their work and strive to achieve the goals of the organization can expect to receive the results. Formation of such workers - a task motivational management, study of the basic theories and characteristics which determines the relevance of the study.
The object of the study is to motivate as part of the management process.
The subject of the study undertaken by - the effect of motivation on the activities of the enterprise.

Additional information

The aim is to identify the importance and role of motivational processes, as well as the development of practical recommendations to improve the system of motivation in agricultural production cooperative (SEC) "Assumption."
Achieving this goal led to the nomination and the decision of the following tasks that reflect the logic and the concept of the study:
-iopredelenie concept and essence of motivation and its role in the enterprise, as well as the main ways to motivate;
- Analysis of the structure of motivation and motivational process;
-iizuchenie features content theories of motivation (motivation theory of Maslow's theory of motivation needs D. McClelland and two-factor theory of F. Herzberg);
- Study the features of procedural theories of motivation (theory expectations W. Vroom, motivation theory L. Porter - Lawler and E. motivational theory Vygotsky).
-iizuchenie motivational processes in the SEC "Assumption" and their characteristics;
-ianaliz state of motivational processes in the SEC "Assumption";
-irazrabotka concrete proposals for improving the system of motivation in the SEC "Assumption."
Since the problem of motivation is multifaceted and require integrated, interdisciplinary approach to its analysis, as well as referring to the works of leading contemporary domestic and foreign researchers in the field of sociology, management and management theory, such as: A. Bolshakov, OS Vikhansky, S. Goryachev, AP Egorshin, AL Eremin, A. Maslow, AI Naumov, AI Prigogine, BG Proshkin, VP Pugachev, A. A. Radugin, AM Chuykin A. Lawton, E. Rose, MH Meskon, M. Albert F. Hedouri and others.
The study used as regulatory acts and regulations of the Russian legislation: the Constitution of the Russian Federation (RF), the Labour Code (LC) of the Russian Federation and the Civil Code (CC) of the Russian Federation.
To describe the structure of the work, the following research methods serve as a tool of getting the actual material, and is a prerequisite for achieving this goal:
- Historical,
- The dialectic,
- Graphic,
- Methods of systematic and comparative analysis.
The hypothesis of the study - at improving the system of motivation in the SEC "Assumption" increases the efficiency of the enterprise.
The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that it includes the development of recommendations to improve the system of labor motivation in the SEC "Assumption."
In addition, experimentally valid conclusions can be used in the activities of managers of other organizations for the effective management of the system of motivation of hired personnel, as well as during the training of managers engaged in professional activity in modern social and economic relations.
Materials research can also serve as a basis for the construction of specialized training courses in the field of economic sociology, sociology of the city, the regional economy.
The structure of the research is subject to the logic of the decision of tasks and consists of administration of two chapters, conclusion, a glossary, a list of references, a list of abbreviations applications.
