The relevance of the study of final qualifying work due to the fact that the effective motivation of staff is one of the most important factors of competitiveness of modern organizations. At the same time the theoretical aspects of the construction of mechanisms of motivation, adequate Russian specifics, need further development. Far from perfect practical steps organizations about the use of mechanisms of motivation.

At present, quite an acute problem of personnel potential of professional managers, the ability to successfully manage people. The decrease in the efficiency of the employees of administrative work, is observed on the background of their social and creative activity under the influence of an inefficient system of motivation and other factors (political, economic, legal, organizational, technological, etc..). This raises the need to develop staff motivation as a function of management of the modern organization.

Especially increased attention to the issue of motivation as a management function, by which the management of any company encourages employees to act more effectively to ensure that the manufacturing process according to the plan. The process of creating a reconstruction of the organizational structure of management is inextricably linked with the development of personnel management system, monitoring and information systems, and people - is the main source of effective development of the company.
