Solution of the problem issued in the form of a scanned handwritten text (with the necessary charts of Mathcad), collected into a single document of 8 pages of format A4. This document is stored in a format DjVu, which is open in Internet Explorer after installing utility program (plug-in). Conditions tasks:
Find chain reaction to the applied input pulse: U1 (t). On the chain affects the voltage U = U1 (t).
