After payment you will receive:
- Card serial number (12 digits)
- PIN code (14 characters)
- The date before which you want to activate the card.


Card activation is carried out by one of the following schemes:

- Enter the 14-digit PIN card and press "*" (asterisk).

2. From a landline phone or your mobile phone
while in the international or national roaming:

- Further, the tone mode dial sequentially 10-digit phone number (including prefix), the score that you want to fill, "*" (asterisk) and a 14-digit PIN code of the card. After the input, press "*" (asterisk).

3. After the operator:
- From your mobile. tel. network coverage of MTS: 0890 or 0876.
- From a landline. tel. Moscow: 766-01-66, 766-01-01, 915-00-66.

Next you need to tell the operator:
- Phone number, which you want to fill up,
- 12-digit serial number of the card,
- 14-digit PIN code of the card.
Wait for the confirmation of the operator of the card activation.
Caution The operator will only activate the card. On other issues
