Step One: Backup

Продавец продал мне товар, которым я не могу воспользоваться, аккаунт который он сдал мне в "аренду" не работает корректно, с ps vita я не могу зайти в store, постоянно вылетает ошибка nw-2304-9. Vita не привязана ни к какому аккаунту, полностью восстановлена до заводских установок, в другие аккаунты я могу зайти без проблем.
