You can play at your discretion: start at the cell stage and develop a nondescript organism found in a puddle into an intergalactic traveler, or immediately start with the creation of tribes or civilizations on new planets. What you do with your universe is up to you.

• Spore provides many powerful but easy-to-use creative tools that will allow you to create any element of your universe: creatures, vehicles, buildings and even starships. Although Spore is a single-player game, the creatures you create automatically become available to other players, which makes the number of worlds to explore and play almost endless.

• CREATE your own universes - from microscopic to macrocosmic — from an amoeba floating in a puddle to thriving civilizations and intergalactic ships - everything is in your hands.

• GUIDE your being through five stages - the funniest one survives, because the decisions you make will affect many generations and, ultimately, determine the fate of your civilization.

• EXPLORE galaxies created by other players - will the creature you created rule the world, or will your favorite planet be blown to smithereens by a more advanced alien race?

• SHARE with the world - everything you created is available to other players, and everything created by others is available to you. There are tons of interesting creatures and interesting worlds available to visit.
