INTRODUCTION
Whatever the views on work motivation, it is impossible to deny that the compensation (wages) plays a crucial role in attracting, motivating and maintaining the adequacy of the workforce. Consequently, the payment system has several functions, but the main role is played by motivation.
Payment - the most important factor affecting the willingness of employees to productive work and at the same time a significant cost factor. That´s why leading companies solve the problem of the payment system and its form as much as possible so that it:
1. Hold down the staff costs within acceptable economic indicators;
2. To promote the motivation of staff;
3. Was the actions tool management employees in achieving their business objectives.
Ineffective compensation system may cause dissatisfaction among workers that always entails a decrease in productivity. On the other hand, an efficient system promotes employee productivity, increases the efficiency of human resources, achieves the objectives of the whole complex system. [1.s.114]
Each organization uses its own system of remuneration that reflects the goals facing it, the philosophy of management executives, traditions, as well as taking into account at its disposal the resources.
The existing international and domestic practice model for the formation of a payment system can only be alternatives that require "try-and-match" for a particular company. Blind copying or use without careful analysis may have negative consequences. The payment system of the motivational model can be demotivatsionnoy.
Consequently, there is a study of the relevance of the question of remuneration systems used by the Russian management in modern economic conditions of Russia.
The purpose of this course work is to study the system of remuneration of personnel from the standpoint of motivational factors determine the effectiveness of its use and the development of recommendations for its improvement.
To accomplish these goals should consider a number of issues:
1. The study of theoretical and methodological approaches in the development and use of remuneration systems.
2. Analysis of the remuneration system used by management in order to motivate staff.
3. Development of proposals for improving the system of payment.
