Subject theory of law - are common patterns of occurrence, operation and development of the state and law, their essence, structure, basic elements, principles, institutions.
Subject theory of law allows, first, to distinguish the right from the state and other public institutions, and thus to determine their place in the system of social phenomena, and secondly, to penetrate deep into the state-legal matter.
Theory of State and Law has a two-pronged thing - the state and the right. They are closely related, interdependent, do not exist one without the other. But the state and the right to have the relatively independent, have their own specific patterns of occurrence and development.
The state is unthinkable without the law as a means of solving public problems and fulfill their basic functions. Without the right to exist, and the state can not function.
Purpose of course work - self-study and to develop a theme "The development and present state of the theory of state and law."
