About the game:
The game take place in about 1000 years before the events of the last part of the series - Skyrim, during the Second Era, the period of time that would later be called "interregnum." Many influential factions of Cyrodiil is trying to seize power in the Empire. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that the planet Nirn (the scene is all part series) too close to the plan Oblivion Daedric Prince Molag Bala. Taking advantage of this, Molag Bal tries to capture all of Tamriel and make it part of his plan. At the same time it begins to flourish necromancy headed by a necromancer Mannimarco (who is familiar to fans of the series of Daggerfall and Oblivion).

Tamriel is divided into four warring factions.
