Introduction

Relevance of the topic is based on the university's role in society. Education - an important strategic resource for the development of society. The University aims at realizing goals such as education, science, culture. University - a social institution, organically combines the highest examples of high culture with the requirements of social adaptation. The emergence of universities in medieval Europe was an event of epochal significance, continuing the tradition of European cultural education and pave the way for the birth of a new structure of knowledge.
